Easter Week: most valuable FP+ for MK and AK?

Assuming that Easter Week is nearly as crowded as Christmas, which attractions are a must for FP+?

It has been nearly 20 years since I was last at WDW and am bringing my 2 young daughters for their first visit. We are easing into the experience as we tend to get overwhelmed quickly, so I'm hoping that FP+ and being there at RD will help a bit. We all prefer the calmer rides and wonder if there are any rides in general that don't typically have much of a line. I remember when I was a kid, we always did the People Mover in Tomorrowland when it was super hot and all the lines were crazy long. Any chance that's still the case?

Thank you! I'm new to the board and have learned an incredible amount in the few weeks I've been reading. :goodvibes

They are 6 and 3 years old, and are not really into Disney anything :duck:
They are very mellow kids, not into scary stuff or Princess stuff. I think it will be interesting for them to see characters and whatnot, but I'm not planning any Meet & Greets. They've never seen Frozen, for example, and don't want to.

OK, well the "mellower" rides include things like It's A Small World, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, Magic Carpets, Jungle Cruise, Ariel. I would avoid the coasters, Stitch, and maybe even Pirates of the Caribbean (It's not a crazy ride but some of the imagery is a little much if your kid is sensitive). Enchanted Tales with Belle is quite charming. Out of those, I would fastpass Belle, Peter Pan and maybe the Jungle Cruise. Now, my knowledge tends to centre around Fantasyland so maybe others have some good recos too.

Also if you aren't interested in lines you should install the Disney app which monitors wait times so that you can decide where to go accordingly.

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3326057 This is a link to an amazing thread on the suggested priorities for FP. Even if you aren't interested in meeting Anna and Elsa (the #1 recommended FP) you just look down the list for the attractions you do like - if it's rated an A, it will save you more time in line than ride he rates as a B priority. A surprising one is Peter Pan's Flight. . . It's a gentle slow-moving ride, but the line gets really long, so it's a good choice for using a FP. Enchanted Tales with Belle would be very fun for your kids' ages and is also rated as a good use of a FP. Depending on how tall your 3 year old is, I suggest 7dwarfs too - new and domewhat difficult FP to get and just thrilling enough to make a preschooler feel like a "big kid"

Peoplemover is still a good way to sit and usually not have a wait.
