Easter info?

I can't find any info about Easter online. Lots of threads worried about crowds, but hardly anything about activities that are offered, special menus, etc. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Thank you!

It is "flower & garden" time at Epcot. I don't think special menus are published yet. We're going the week before Easter and I would like more info too.

I have heard that going around Easter is a wicked time to go. It is next to Christmas as the busiest time to go I've been told. However, the end of April is usually low attendance as everyone has just left. Since I am heading there around the 18th of April, I am PRAYING that this is true!

I'm not so worried about the crowds. We're also going for NYE, this will be our fourth time going for NYE so we're used to the crowds. Unless I want to pull the kids out of school or go during the very hot summer months we'll be stuck going NYE and spring break. Unfortunately, this year our school has decided to have spring break at Easter. Usually, it doesn't hit at that time. I'm just expecting similar crowds, but with much better weather.
