Are there any companies that make up Easter Baskets and deliver them to your room? Our family is going to WDW during Easter and they usually have an egg hunt and basket on Easter morning, any ideas?

We will be at Disney too during Easter. I posted the same question a little earlier and some say that your hotel may actually be selling baskets in their gift shop. Not wanting to take chances we are bringing our baskets and will pack our own goodies. Of course we hope to pick up Disney gifts to fill up as well since we will arrive 2 days ahead.
Good luck and have fun!

I am also looking for ideas! :Pinkbounc I was wondering if any of the Disney stores have any Easter stuff yet? Or, if anyone knows when they might be getting some in? :cheer2: (my nearest Disney store is about 35 min. and a lot of traffic away!) :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc Would love any suggestions! :Pinkbounc

I wonder if this would work? Maybe I could mail a package down to the resort with non-perishable Easter stuff so that its not sitting in the car during our ride, We are from NJ too!

Hi, We have been at WDW 2x on Easter Sunday. What I did was have a small seperate suitcase for Easter Items. I purchased Gift Bags(as "baskets") because they pack flat and a bag of "grass" for inside the bottom of the Bags.(I have 3 children). And I bought small and/or flat items that could be easily packed(DVDs,CDs,books,Computer Games,Video Games,T-shirts,Hats). All items that could be wrapped, I did wrap before packing, use a different color wrap for each child. I also brought some candy and a couple of dozen plastic eggs. (we had a small egg hunt!) Both times we stayed at the GF and they had a GREAT BIG Easter Egg Hunt in the morning! I also purchased a few Disney items(one that comes to mind is a small mickey dressed as a BUNNY) at the hotel store to put in the Easter Bags. With a little advance planning it is EASY to have the Easter Bunny visit at WDW, and I had fun doing it! You could also purchase pre-made baskets at the hotel store when we were there.(I would call and check on this to be sure it has not changed!) One other item I found was Disney Easter Stick -Ons at Wal Mart, these I put on the sliding glass door! :flower: :flower: :flower: Joan

Belleandbeastie: I have seen in other posts where people have sent packages ahead (usually of food/snacks/and such) to their hotel. I don't see why you can't. We are driving from NJ so a little extra packaging isn't going to hurt us! I have had the Easter Bunny visit in Hershey Park but you see chocolate was in abundance there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHA! :wave2:
