Easiest way to get to Blizzard Beach by bus

What would be the easiest way to get to BB by bus?

I want to play putt putt at the Summerland/Winterland golf course. We'll be staying at Port Orleans, but we want to eat lunch at Downtown Disney first.

Would it be easier to just head back to Port Orleans and take the bus to BB, or is there a faster way to get to BB from Downtown Disney?

I would definitely take a bus from dtd because if memory serves me correctly it's a 1 stop ride from dtd

Walk from DTD across the new bridge to the SSR congress park bus stop and go from there.

For my money and convenience though, I would just pay the $15 and take a cab. You will save as much as an hour of your vacation by cabbing, and who wouldn't spend $15 for the whole family to get an extra hour at blizzard beach?
