This is our third trip withing 2 years but I am confused about early entry and e-ride nights. Do they or don't they have early entry if you stay at a Disney hotel and what about e-ride nights? Is there a schedule somewhere for this? Is it just me or does early entry change all the time?

Yes, they do have early entry for each park. I'm not sure what days for what park, though. Enights are certain nights. I think the schedule, for the summer months, are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. You can check enights out here, at the top of this page, click on E-Ticket. I'm sure you can find which park is ee somewhere on these boards, too.

EMH Schedule:

Sunday-Magic Kingdom
Monday-Animal Kingdom
Tuesday-MGM
Wednesday-Epcot
Thursday-Magic Kingdom
Friday-Animal Kingdom
Saturday-MGM

As for E Ride Nights, they are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for June and July. I think there are also some E ride nights in early August.

I was also wondering about the e-ticket nights/early entry days. DD is 5, so we were planning on doing the parks early in the day, go back to the hotel or water park for the afternoons, and then return to the parks in the evening.

It's amazing how much you can learn on the DIS!!

Check out allearsnet.com for e-night info and what rides are operating.

I have a question for all of you: do the EMH make that park MORE crowded later in the day? I'm finalizing the plans for my trip. I'll be there in 2 weeks (yes!). :D I'm traveling with my sister, BIL & their 2 girls, age 5 & age 2. We're staying All Star Movies. We arrive late Monday--so no parks :( But we know we're going to MK all day Tuesday, with a hotel break. Wednesday we're doing a character breakfast at Chef Mickey's, and the Hoop De Do Review, with some shopping/pool time thrown in. They're leaving Wednesday night to visit my BIL's family in Tampa, so I'm on my own for Thursday, Friday & Saturday. I know I want to spend a full day at Epcot (maybe Thursday), a half day at AK & MGM, and then I'm not sure if I want to do MK or Epcot again. I have a Park Hopper Pass, so I can do more than one park in a day. So would it make sense to do my half days of AK & MGM with EMH and then a half day at the other parks? Any advice from you DIS vets would be helpful. I've never been to the parks in June, my other trips were Oct. 1993 and Sept. 1999, so I've never really dealt with the crowds/heat.

When are you actually arriving? We'll be at ASMo in 2 weeks too - arriving 6/22 - hopefully around noon (plane lands at 10:00 am). Traveling with 2 grown daughters (18 and 22) and our precious 4 yo grandson. CAN'T WAIT :Pinkbounc :bounce: :sunny:

Missy1961, my experience has been that we can usually get 2-1/2 to 3 hours of fairly good park touring in on an EMH morning before the park tends to get crowded. I have read about similar experiences in other posts. We usually use one last FP in the late morning to noon timeframe and then go back to our resort and/or another park. This was during our visits in moderate to busy times of the year (mid-March, late May/early June, and once during late June).

If we visit a park for EMH, this is usually a good day for us to eat a quick, light breakfast in our room. We may plan a sit-down meal for late breakfast or early lunch inside the EMH park and then hop to another park. Other times, we will return to our resort room and eat sandwiches from groceries we have in our room (we always take a cooler with us).:earseek:
