Does anyone know if they check for room keys for every single person or is it per group? As in, if I have 4 people, would I need 4 keys or could 1 key work for all people. How do they check if you are a person registered into a room on Disney property? If anyone knows, please help!

We were just there a month ago. For early entry each member of our family (2 parents and 2 teens) flashed their "Resort ID" (room key) at the entrance to the park.

I've always made it a point to have everyone's Resort ID with us "just in case." It's never been a big deal.

Thanks! I was just wondering since I am going with someone with the amazing ability to lose things in very short amounts of time (such as her movie ticket from the concession stand to the entrance...roughly 15 feet). We don't give her a ticket or key to hold. ever. The sad thing is you are thinking a nice young child and not a 25 year old, right? Yeah, we have a couple problems there. Just wanted to know if we have to give her a room key or not. Guess we are going to have to.
