Early arrival- can i get into my room early

Have points rented for this week- and have arrived at AKL They said at check in my room will be ready by 4pm. whats the chances of it being ready earlier?

We got our villa at KV about two weeks ago at 11:11AM. It was a one bedroom.

To maximize your chances, do online check-in, make sure they know when you plan to arrive, and have few or no location requests.

Glad you got your room early! I've gotten rooms very early and very late, so it varies a lot. All the rooms actually belong to owners, so should be no difference if you are a renting guest of an owner or an owner.

Wouldn’t hold my breathe. Room wasn’t available until after 8pm on 11/13.

I'm a DVC member who booked on my own points. In October, we had a four night stay at BCV and didn't get a villa until about 4:20PM.
