Tonight we are having eggplant parm with pasta and salad. I picked a bunch of eggplant this morning. I fried it all. My dad is stopping by later so I’ll send him home with some.

I think drinks and lunch at the Grand Californian was it for dinner tonight.
We both had burgers, mine was protein style. I had a Kentucky mule with Knob Creek and hubs had an IPA of some sort. I took a pic of the 70th anniversary Michter’s whiskey drink. I’m going to replicate it at home.

We went to Cheesecake Factory tonight. I had chicken and shrimp gumbo. DH had bang bang chicken and shrimp.

Edit: we brought home the Adam’s cheesecake. Can’t go there without getting cheesecake of course!

Last night I had Orange Chicken. Frozen. It was okay.
DH had a Chicken Fried Steak TV dinner. He thought it was pretty good.

Today we are going to a movie. Lunch will be there. Then roaming around a mall we haven't been to in years.

Going out with a friend for dinner tonight. DH and DS-29 are on their own for dinner.

I have no idea what we are having tonight but it will include tomatoes. The heat broke so I went out before work to pick. It is two separate piles of tomatoes and I had to move to the big container for cherry tomatoes

Sunday night was whole tenderloin cut into steaks (local grocery had them on sale again, so I grabbed two, 3 lb packages. Side of rice pilaf and carrots.

Tonight will be my homemade meatballs, hot Italian sausage, marinara sauce over angel hair pasta. I may stop and grab a loaf of french bread to soak up the sauce

It'll be a short week for me. I head out early Thursday morning (around 4am) to head to PA for a 3 day car event.
