Early arrival ? and using card keys

We're planning on a lunch time arrival and want to head right to one of the parks. Will my room keys be available for use for the dining plan, purchases, etc. even if the room isn't ready?

Yes, just check in at the resort, they will give you your room key/tickets and then they will give a number to call to find out if your room is ready.
