I was going to use EZ, called to ask a simple question about hold on our CC being that I never rented a car before and I had some RUDE customer service. I work in retail and this was above and beyond rude. I cancelled my res and went with budget car rental instead. It ended up being cheaper too. I had a gut feeling that I would have problems and I followed my gut and cancelled.
Smart lady. Be aware, Budget puts a hold on cc also. Not sure what or how much, but, it is on their website. Or, you could call.
