E-Bates Not Receiving Credits Quickly Lately?

I used E-Bates to shop at ShoeBuy in the past and had received my E-Bates credits very soon after my purchase. I made 2 separate purchases in the last 3 weeks and haven't received any credits for them. I sent an e-mail to E-Bates to ask about this and they said that I had to wait at least 30 days before they would investigate anything. Has anyone else been experiencing slow posting of credits lately with their E-Bates purchases?

I too, was concerned about cash-back on a Disney Shopping purchase not showing up in my account. I also got the email about "30 days". It always seems to be a bit slow with Disney Shopping. I'm not sure if it's up to the vendor to send some kind of notification of completion of sale but the QVC purchases I made last week showed up almost instantly- before I even received my packages. For the Disney Shopping purchase I was just asked to forward my email confirmation and my credit then appeared on ebates the next day. I was pleased to have the issue resolved so quickly - Kathy

not ebates but mypoints.. still waiting for 2500points, so much for being able to cash out before the holidays.

I've made about 8 different purchases through E-bates within the last few weeks, and i've been credited within a few days still waiting for several things to show up through sunshine rewards tho

I made some purchases on Saturday and they are already showing. They were through Shoebuy and Old Navy. Maybe it has to do with particular stores.

Thanks everyone. Both of my purchases were at ShoeBuy, I have recieved all of the shoes in the mail but haven't got the credits yet for any of them. Oh well I guess I just have to wait the 30 days and if I still don't have them contact E-Bates again.
