DVC's current incentive: As good as it's going to get?

Right now you can save $4 a point on 150 points and $10 a point on 200 at Riveria:

How does that compare to past offers? According to recent trends, if this as good as it's likely to get from DVC in the near-term?

My guess is that its as good as its going to get pretty much forever. They'll no doubt raise the price again by the end of the year when they start selling VGF.

Other than after the pandemic when sales started up last summer, most often the incentives don't get better. The only thing that can happen is that sometimes the incentives at a higher level than you were considering may be a tad better and so you up what you buy.

We did that when we bought RIV. Going from 130 to 175 got us a better price per point and because my DD was a CM at that time, we got an additional $250 off for her discount than what we would have gotten for the 130.
