DVC website

Apparently now when you sign into the app it says "We are unable to make new dining reservations online or over the phone."
Also, i called the dining line exactly at 7 am and it says my wait time is over 2 hours. How is any of this possible?
I didn't event get a hold time 🙃
 

These errors are totally unrelated to the topic of this thread which is about a DVC MEMBER ONLY WEBSITE. Please stop posting about the dining website in this thread.

Clearly people thought at first it was related to the DVC website changes and our reservations disappearing. Relax.

My DVC Dashboard is completely normal. Points and reservations are showing exactly as they should be.
 
Well...I can see my dashboard now. All points are as they should be and my reservations are all there. Hope it's back to normal for everyone else!

Ok... just checked. Everything is back to normal again. That really scared me.
 
My second reservation appeared now. I have two member numbers because I have two use years. Earlier my reservation under one membership # was showing up and the other was not. Now it seems to be fine. Hoping the upgrade later this month goes smoothly!

It scared me a few weeks ago when this happened as well. I have a big trip planned at VGF for early December and all the reservations disappeared. I was almost in tears because it took a lot of effort to get those nights.

I also have a few renters because we decided not to go during this UY and I had banked points from the previous UY due to COVID-19. I don't want those reservations to go poof and have the renters think that I was scamming them.
 
Disney's sites in general are probably going to be busy and have errors today. The Port Orleans resorts and two remaining All Star resorts are available for booking starting today (for future dates). Now, I don't see how that should affect the DVC side of things, but I suppose it could if they share infrastructure with the rest of Disney's server farm.

I have a couple of renters also. I’m in process of informing them of the dvc website outage and telling them I’m taking screenshots of the reservations just in case things happen during/after the outage.
 
yea... i cant get on the DVC website at all right now.. I will try back in a bit! It was working about an hour ago! Really hoping that they are going to fix some of the errors when they shut down the site for a few days... TBD!

I've been trying to log into DVC website since 330am and have gotten the above as well.
 
This morning page. 5:30am and still here.
This is a fairly frequent page that shows up before 8 eastern. Probably routine maintenance done over night every week or two (rather than anything related to their big overhauls).
