DVC special offers?

Just about ready to close on my first DVC contract(if the ROFR gods smile down on my purchase agreement) and I am wondering what special offers are available to DVC members?

I have heard of the discounted AP offer but am not sure of the % discounted or price. Are there other offers for DVC members that are used regularly by any members?
