DVC seasonal rates

Alright, so I've been looking into renting DVC points and I've been trying to find out which season our planned vacation days will fall into so I can start crunching the numbers.

So, I wen to the mouse savers renting page and it gave me links to two sites that show seasonal rates. this one and this one. My dates are July 17-23 of 2008. The problem is one chart gives me one price for those dates and the other gives me a different one.

One of them says July 17-23 2008 is during the magic season, and so a 2 bdrm Villa at SSR will run me 316 pts for a week.

The other one says a 2bdrm villa at SSR for July 17-23 2008 is only going to be 280pts.

So which of these charts, if either of them, is correct? Or if nothing else which is more accurate?

Those are accurate.

For a 2 bedroom at SSR, the cost for 7 consecutive nights all in July is 316 points.

The cost of 6 consecutive July nights that includes both a Friday and a Saturday night will be 280 points.

6 consecutive nights than include either a Friday or a Saturday night will be
248 points.

So if you check in on 7/17/2008 and out on 7/23/2008, the cost will be 280 points.

But if you are really checking in on 7/17/2008 and out on 7/24/2008 (because 7/23 is the last night of your stay), then the cost will be 316 points.

Ahh, icic. I assumed 6 nights was a week. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
