DVC Resort Annual Maintenace Fee

Is there some place where it give you the annual maintenance fee applicable to each of the DVC resorts. I know SSR is $3.80 per point.

Thanks for the link, I too was wondering what the dues were at various resorts. By the way what is VB (I know Vero Beach) but what does it mean on the table VB (sub)?

VB(sub) indicates "subsidized". The very early contracts have the dues based on a total buildout of the resort as originally planned. This "error" was corrected in future DVC contracts and those dues are based on the actual number of units. I can't recall the exact figures so I'll just make-up numbers to use as an "example".

The original resort was planned to be 200 units. This year's budget is $1,000,000. The "per point" charge is based on the number of points represented by 200 units used to divide the $1,000,000 needed. DVD is responsible for covering the amount owed by the "unsold" (and never built) units.

The actual resort is 100 units. People who purchased after the contracts were corrected would divide this year's $1,000,000 budget by the number of points represented by 100 units to come up with the "per point" price -- effectively paying double what the early purchasers were charged.
