DVC resale/idea of closing time?

We are waiting to close on our AKLV points. We signed the documents this past Monday and sent the payment for the points (they arrived on Wednesday). Approximately how much longer does it take until we close?

When you send your final documents & payment it is usually pretty quick . With our resale purchase think it was about a week.

Unless you bought direct from Disney:

The sellers have to get their documents back in, too - and sometimes they have docs that have to be notarized. (On my first contract, the documents were sent to the sellers the day after they left home for a two-week vacation!) So, you never know, for sure.
