Dvc Poly Check in location?

Do you know pla where is currently located the front desk for DVC members?

I am arriving with the Magical Express but need to stop by for some requests and package pick up)l before going to the room

It's currently located in Pago Pago. DME drops you off there as well. You can't miss it.

For package pick ups like Amazon fresh etc. you need to call bell services and they’ll bring it directly to your room for a $6 charge. You’re not allowed to pick it up anymore due to covid. It’s pretty fast like 10 minutes after you call. Select option 2 from your room phone. Also not really sure what the point of the check in people at Pago Pago is, anytime I’d ask them a question they’d just tell me I have to call this or that place. Rooms are assigned virtually and bell services is right outside the door.

Do you know if the big lobby is also open?
I’m trying to manage that nice impact for the family (first time there for my niece), but also that my mom doesn’t get too confused on where to go- she arrives at noon, while we are going to get there at 8pm…

Yes it is open. But Pago Pago is the current first “touch point.”
