Anyone else having problems getting their dashboard to load? I’m trying to pull up a reservation for today to check in but I get the spinning circle of death. Then it just makes me sign in over and over

It’s weird. I kept getting that blue circle over and over again for weeks (must’ve happened over a dozen times). At first I was able to go to a private window and have it work, but after a few times that stopped helping. Tried different device and again, worked briefly before it kept going to blue circle again. Then I did one of their site surveys and explained the issue there, and it seemed shortly after no more problem.

Just checked now and it is still loading the dashboard trips fine. It’s been a few weeks now that it has worked every time.

Have no idea if it was related or not. Could it really be someone read my feedback and fixed whatever the issue was?

I asked about this a few times. Try clearing your cookies and everything. Try chrome. Try incognito. Try Edge. Try whatever the incognito version of edge is.

If it still doesn’t work, MS told me to send an email with screenshots and they’ll look into it.

I have sporadic luck with this.

Yeah I’d try this. Maybe there’s something they can do to the account to fix?

It seemed that way to me… or just a major coincidence
