I received all my information today and did everything they told me to log on. It worked well and was poking around for a bit. I logged out but now I can't get back in. It keeps asking for my clubID again and all the other info but when I do it tells me that it's not valid. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you signed into any other Disney, ABC or ESPN Web site?

Sometimes if you have multiple accounts with companies affiliated with Disney, it messes with your login. That happened to me once. Call member services to have it reset. That's what I had to do.

I've also found that deleting all cookies works.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "cancel" on the left hand side. This will take you to the log in page you are looking for!

I got through to MS before they closed and I had to delete cookies. Seriously? I'm hoping tomorrow's upgrading of things fixes a lot of these little problems.
