Mike, your view looks like the view we had from our 1BR MK villa a few summers ago! (makes me realize how much we miss it)
As always, we're enjoying your TR. I chuckled when I realized that your thread is barely 24hrs. old and you already have 3 pages of groupies . Hope you and your DW enjoy your trip (how could you not?) - thanks for sharing the gorgeous photos.
Great photos, as usual !! We leave next Saturday for BLT for our DD's wedding. We check into BLT 1bdr MK view on 12/12 -- maybe we will get your room !!! We have requested a high floor -- hopefully they will grant the wish for the wedding.
Wonderful pictures so far! Have a wonderful trip, I am looking forward to following along via your report. Thanks for the effort to post while on vacation.
Last night's dinner at The Wave was very good. I had the Flat Iron Steak, while my wife had the Seasonal Vegetable Stew. We enjoy dining at The Wave, especially when we stay at BLT.
We mostly hung around the resort today. We left only in the evening to walk over to the Magic Kingdom to have dinner at Tony's Town Square. It was not bad, but just OK. I had the Spaghetti while my wife had gluten-free pasta with vegetables.
I didn't take very many pictures today.
I thought it was pretty crowded tonight, but it was probably just the rush of people entering the park for MVMCP, and others leaving before it started.
Thanks. I always enjoy reading your TR. My husband said the
pics of the fireworks would be great works of art if framed.
Looking forward to your report from the DVC Annual Meeting
and the Merry Mixer.
Enjoy your time at WDW.
So glad you are posting photos again, Mike. I never want to spend any time getting photos to load on this extra slow "high speed" internet we have here at Disney.
Don't forget to come to the Epcot meet tomorrow night!
Thanks for taking the time to share all these pictures and details about your trip!
From the MK crowds picture http://www.flickr.com/photos/dvc_mike/5236735802/ it looks like they have done away with the garland that stretched across Main Street. Is that a new change this year? I have to admit I kind of like it this way - the garland always blocked photos up and down Main Street.
