DVC memer log in?

I can't make reservations or use the availability tool. Heck I can't even sign in anymore. Anyone else notice this? There should be a link to go the full website but there isn't. How am I going to reserve a room?:confused3
 
I just accessed the member website with my iPhone. Instead of the normal link on the top right for sign in there were three lines on left which gave you the option to sign in. After signing in, I could access the Resort Availability Tool under the three lines. And from the Resort Availability Tool I could access Vacation Planning as usual including Booking Online. Everything seemed to work okay. And I was able to logout in the usual manner.

I just went back in via my computer and was able to login and access everything. So I don't know why you are having problems.

I used to have the three lines, now it looks a little different and says "Welcome Home" there. I tried to get to the availability tool through the link in the home page article, but it juat kept going back to the homepage.

I have a Droid, not an iphone. Strange. Today was the first day I had trouble. Thanks for the feedback, gives me hope.:surfweb:
 
Forget the smart phone access, I haven't been able to get into the DVC website since last eve ---- there's no log-in anywhere on the page.
 

I had to clear my browsing history and cookies. That seemed to do the trick. I was using Chrome and couldn't get the top of the screen to load where the SignIn was located as well as the next menu line.

It is usually at the top right of the screen but its been gone for a few days now

I was having the same problem with Chrome this morning. Clear your cookies/browsing history and that should help. I could get in using Firefox, but not Chrome and clearing cookies fixed the issue.

I have the three lines as an option on my Android phone and was able to get in easily there too. If that is still not working, clearing cookies might still help even for a smartphone.

It works for internet explorer just not google chrome. For some reason google won't show the white box across the top where the sign in clicker is

Does it show three lines on the left side? There is a pull down menu there that includes sign in or later sign out.

I pretty much only use Chrome and I am currently logged on to DVCMember.com.
 
Isn't this thread a duplicate thread of what you posted on the DVC Member Services board?

I have had this problem the last couple of days on my home computer which is an iMac using the Safari browser. I find going through the "New Availability Tool" feature allows me to log in with no issues.

This morning at work, using the Chrome browser it shut me out stating I was entering the wrong password - which wasn't true. I could get on the site and enter the password through our old Internet Explorer browser, but Chrome is much quicker and better. I clicked the link to send me my username info [even though I knew it] and that seemed to clear the password issue on the Chrome browser.
