DVC memer log in?

I have an iPhone and can do everything up to book a reservation. When you get to the window with the terms that you have to scroll through, then click the box that you read the terms, it won't scroll. Drives me mad! Won't scroll so it won't let me continue. You HAVE to scroll in order to check the box. Frustrating. I used to be able to do it all through my phone.
 
I am having the same issue with my android...I think it started this morning but not entirely sure. I can still access it by hitting the "read more" link.
 
Still haven't been able to log in. I can get general info, but completely unable to sign in and check availability.
 

Is anyone having a problem logging into DVCMEMBER.com? I can get to the sight but their is no where to click for some reason to login

It is usually at the top right of the screen but its been gone for a few days now

Clear cookies from your computer, shut down your browser and then try to login again. The same thing happened to me this morning and clearing cookies fixed the issue for Chrome and Firefox.
 
Yesterday I couldn't log in using Explorer or Chrome (the white bar at the top which prompts log-in was missing) but I could with Firefox. However, once I logged in, the screen would then go to an error screen after a couple of minutes.
Today I can't log-in with any browser.
 
For the past day I have been having same issues as the above people mention. No top menu bar on dvcmember.com on Safari and Chrome keeps crashing.

Safari and Chrome are both built with Apple's WebKit so the issue is with DVC, imagine that. I honestly think DVC has the worst IT Department around.

Yes, Disney websites are pretty terrible for how much cash they swing!

I can't get on by the usual link, but if I google DVC then I can.

Curiously, I can't book through my iPad.
 
Thanks to whoever posted that IE works :thumbsup2 I also got nowhere with Chrome so I came along here, sure that someone else would be having the same problem and more than likely, a solution :)
 
I also cannot find a place to login anymore. I came here to see if other people were having the same issue. I am so frustrated. I'm calling Member Services now.

I cannot log on. I need to take care of some business. That means 35-40 minutes on the phone.
 
I also have an iMac and have been trying for two days to log in, no place to do that anymore and when I click on the new availability tool it just takes me back to the home screen??? This is so frustrating, if any apple users figure this out please post :confused3
 
I cannot get on using safari either, it has been days.
 
OT but website related. Has anyone had trouble accessing their dining reservations? I can see all my BWV ressies, my AP and my FPs. But in dining I get the blue spinning thingie. It's been like that for a wk. I've used 4 computers and different browsers, cleared cookies and cache and nothing works. I just wonder if anyone else has had trouble?

I think that happens to everyone occasionally. The ADRs are still there. My guess is that it happens when the website has a lot of traffic. I usually had the trouble during peak hours. Try very early in the morning or late at night and see if you can see them at that time.
 
On IE I sometimes do not see the sign in link unless I have the browser full screen.
