DVC Membership Card question

I got an envelope today in mail, it was addressed to both me and my wife. But inside of it was only my wife's membership card. Does that mean they forgot to put my ID card in it? Or does it usually come in separate envelope, even though it was addressed to both of us?

Only my husband's was in our envelope. I had to call to get mine, for some reason, it wasn't included when it should have been. I guess that happens sometimes.

We have been members since '98 and my card is horrable you can hardly read the # on it anymore. I asked my DH if he even still had his the other day and he looked through his wallet and couldn't find the thing. We are heading to WDW in 9 days and have to have them to pick up our Annual Passes I am hoping they will accept only mine. We do both have our Drivers License to prove we live in the same house with the same name hope this is all they need.
I think that I need to call and ask for 2 new cards. Has anyone else ever done this?

When I recieved our initial cards in January, they had not been properly laminated so they were cracked and falling apart. I called MS to send new cards. They were very plesant and helpful but a couple of months later they had not come. I called again, they apologised and sent them out again. It took about 4 weeks, just in time for my first trip home.

I would call MS, but if too much time passes, call again.

Also, since your trip is so soon, you might ask MS if you might be able to pick up "temporary" cards at the DVC offices at WDW. I believe they can issue them at SSR.

I got my card only, called member service and ask for my DW CARD. Got her card and second card for me within 3 weeks.

The first DVC cards were multi colored and embossed like a credit card, they fell apart after a couple years. Then came the blue cards with gold lettering, the lettering wore off the card easiliy. The new cards, for the most part, seem to be more durable. Yes, call member services and ask for new cards.
