DVC Members Only Site

Back when DVC sent us the info with a pin#, I registered on the site and was able to access with no problem. However I haven't visited the site for a few months and now I can't access members only. I know my sign in name and password, but it keeps asking for member ID and PIN#. I discarded the PIN info long ago because my understanding was once you registered that information was no longer needed.

I've e-mailed members services but got no response.

Anyone have a suggestion?
 
Call MS and they will be able help you. I can't remember if they had to transfer me to the tech. help desk but MS will be able to point you in the right direction.
 
You might try checking your name/password. When I accidentally enter the wrong information, I get sent to that screen as well. Then, when I FINALLY remember what my name/password is....I get right in.

Have you been able to get in? Like Beca, I checked earlier today and had no problems. I wish they had some ways of putting your points use history online making the site more valuable to me.

I had the same thing happen to me so I called MS and I can't remember what they did to help me but they did and I was able to get right on! Good luck!
 
You should only need the PIN once, :confused3 and once you have the ID and PW in place, that should allow you to access site. Tho there is always the field for PIN etc, you shuld only need your ID & PW. If otherwise, MS should be able to help.
 
I didn't e-mail MS. I called them and got help over the phone. There always seems to be a problem with the DVC web-site. Good luck!

When I last talked to my guide in late May, he told me DVC is going launch a new and improved website by the end of the year. He didn't give me much details but hinted at being able to track our points and order DVC merchandise. Again, just another rumor but it might be true :earboy2:
