DVC DVD "Best kept secret" -mistake

Maybe this was posted already but on the DVD they just sent out that we are supposed to share with a friend or family member to let them know about DVC there is a mistake in the BWV room layout....The 1BR layout shows basically the correct living room/kitchen part but it's attached to a studio---not a Master Bedroom with jacuzzi bath....somebody goofed!

Yes. Somebody goofed. And nobody caught it! I'm sure that a lot of key people at DVC had to review the DVD before it was sent to production.

There's nothing to download. It's a DVD. It should work in a DVD player attached to a TV, or on a computer with a DVD reader (but not in a computer that can only handle CDs).

Tanya, my dvd was faulty. Can't get it to play at all. DH said that it is just a bad dvd. I sure would love to watch it. Anyone know what I should do to get a replacement copy?

Is your DVD player old? We can't play the regular WDW planning DVD on our old DVD player - from 1998. It just doesn't accept the newer formats of DVDs. So that might be the problem.

Did anyone catch the guy who does the double-take when his wife says "next year we'll bring my parents". It is priceless!!! It cracks us up every time we see it.

That's the problem. It won't play on my computer, but plays fine on DD3's computer and on our relatively new DVD player.

I love to watch just to see that poor guy find out that next year HER parents are coming with them and that's why they are staying ina studio this year. (Thank you dear may I have another!).

Thanks guys... I actually only tried to play it on the computer. Like Horace said, my computer can probably only play regular CD's.... I haven't tried the DVD player... I will do that next.

That guy has been in the DVC promotional videos for a long time. (I think that may have been shot in the old Commodore House - that's where we signed our contracts.)

I think DVC included it because we all think it's such a classic - it's been talked about here on the boards off and on for years!

No matter what I do I cannot get my DVD to play - not in either of my computers or any of my DVD players.

Oh wait - I just figured out the problem - I NEVER GOT ONE

Does anyone know if these were supposed to go out to the entire membership or just a targeted group. I live in MA if that matters.

Yeah, these sound interesting. I would love to get one of these. I have a lot of people I'd be able to show this too. Does anyone know the plan on disbursement for these?

I wouldn't bother with asking for a new one. ALL of the information in the DVD is on the website, and it's actually QUITE boring.

I liked the Cruise Line DVD a lot more that the DVC DVD. But, that's just mho.

We recieved our DVD yesterday it is priceless to watch teh families talk about the vacations. We noticed the room layout error also mind you I wouldn't mind if the 1 bedroom was done that way with a sofabed in the master and also in the livingroom.
