They are not included in the DDE program. Here's a (Link) to those that are. I can't remember there ever being another discount for DVC members at either resort.

We were there last month and got a 10% discount with our membership card.

If I remember right, their prices were already a little lower than WDW anyway, so it isn't a bad deal.

Tubbi's was great for us when we left on Christmas morning (7:00 am). They really are open 24 hours a day, even on Christmas! We were able to go at 6:30 am on Christmas morning and have breakfast and then head home (17 hour drive).

Anyway, it is nice to have it so close by when staying at BCV and BWV.
