Don't you love how with DVC, you constantly turn over the point possiblities in your head??:D
I had settled on the 3 day cat. 4, with 4 days at BWV/VWL option depending on whether or not we do the addon.
Let's say we go with the addon.
For only about 10 more points, I can do the 4 day cruise, 4 nights (including 2 weekend nights) at VWL IF we go with two cat. 10 rooms and pay cash for DS.
Does anyone know the cash cost of a child on the 4 day? He will be 5 years old.
Wonder if the secret porthole rooms will still be avail. for the 6/29 cruise?
I have to decide!!! Cruise booking either way will be NEXT WEEK!

Robin,

We went through this a couple of weeks ago. We went with the 4 day. I don't have the exact figure on me, but the cost for a child in regular season was about $550-600. Not an exact number, maybe close enough to help you make a decision though!

Yes you are right pixiechick, it is $559.
Now I have to decide by next week--do I go with the 4 night in 2 cat. 10s and 4 nights in the parks, or the 4 night in 2 cat. 9s with 3 nights in the parks, or the 3 night in a cat. 4???
There are no "secret porthole' rooms for the trip we are taking, so if we do the cat. 10s we'll be in the dark.
11 months out is next week!!

Personally I'd go for the 2 cat. 10's, especially on the 4 day - you will be so busy you won't spend much time in your cabin other than changing and sleeping. With 2 cabins you get 2 bathrooms, 2 t.v.'s, 2 room coolers. Just don't forget 2 nightlights!.
We've done 2 cat. 9's and while they are really nice, we are conserving points and have 2 cat 10's this go round.
Make sure to ask for ADJOINING cabins!
