DVC Christmas memories

We have begun to decorate our Ohio home for Christmas. We will be celebrating Thanksgiving in Cape May, so it's either now or after Thanksgiving here, and that just seems to late for us!

Over the years we had sent a tree to either BWV or VWL, this is the first year we are not sending a tree down, because we really are trying to sell our Ohio house and we were hopeful we may have even been moving by this time. We're not.

At any rate, over the years with the trees, we have sent Christmas ornaments for folks, (also, there were others who sent us gifts to include to all of the families who shared the tree, we were not the only donors!) and people have generously given back to us. This wreath is on our door now, it's a present from one of the families who shared our tree. There are many ornaments on our tree from other families as well as the ones that we sent down.

Thank you all DVCers who ever participated in the tree exchange, those who donate, those who do anything to share the spirit of the holidays with other folks. If anyone cares to share a picture, that would be great!

That is an awesome wreath! Thanks for sharing. I'm donating a tree to BLT this year for the first time. I've always wanted to participate and I think your example (and others) gave me confidence to do it. (Fingers crossed for no glitches for the tree exchange this year. )
