DVC availability in early Dec.

Sorry if this post shows up twice. The last time I hit submit, got the message that the website is busy.
Anyway, I tried to book 3 nights at several of the WDW DVC resorts; BCV had not availibility for 12/8, 9, and 10 while BWV and VWL had the 9th and 10th only (Fri and Sat). I put my name on the waiting list for any of these resorts. What do you think is the likelihood of getting all three nights. I know that we can stay in one of the resorts for that first night but I hate to have to switch resorts for such a short stay. Thanks.

Try SSR or OKW. I am pretty sure OKW was booked most of that time, but don't know about SSR.

I didn't try OKW but Saratoga Springs was also booked on the 8th. Do most DVC members book stay during the week and avoid weekends or is it just that members do not use points for weekends and are more likely to pay cash and stay elsewhere for weekend nights?

I just booked today for 10/12 3 nights and all I could get for a studio was SSR. I could have had a 1 bedroom at OKW.

there is still rooms available at bcv because we just booked a quickie 4 nighter dec 1-4 today

Some members stay elsewhere on the weekends, so it is not surprising that those nights would be available. If you go on a waitlist for the nights you couldn't get, you might get in that way.

Keep the faith ! I just switched our last two nights (12/7-12/8)from the Beach Club. to the AKL. I can't be the only one making a few changes.
