It being a moderate/deluxe and when you can book is not relevant. Assuming a moderate DVC does come about and following the moderate resort setup, the points per night would have to be less than the cost per night at a deluxe. If a buyer buys into a moderate DVC, they would still have to have enough point to book at deluxe.Maybe it will be a separate DVC from the deluxe club. How could they allow buyers of a less expensive moderate resort to book other deluxe resorts at 7 months?

A few years ago I saw a plan to extend the waterway from CB to Bay Lake.

I haven't set foot on that property since 1989 but I remember it being overly large with a disappointing (to my 10-year-old-self) food court.
Don't see myself staying at a DVC property there unless I was desperate, but perhaps I'm being uncharitable... 1989 was a long time ago!![]()

I just don't see how they could possibly lower the points per night to be less than OKW. And if the new resort were the same point cost per night as OKW would you chose a moderate resort over a deluxe resort? I wouldn't.
