DVC AP purchase question

We leave for WDW & OKW this Saturday and I CANNOT WAIT!

We are going to be purchasing AP's this time around, and I know we can purchase up to 6. But I read we had to show proof of same household. We happen to still have our DL from when I lived with my sister and her family while our house was being built, but our address for the ressie and our DVC membership is the new one.

When we go to purchase the AP's are the DL's good enough, if they all match, or will they compare it against our home address that is on the system?

That's a tough one. How long have you been at your new address? Was the address on the DL ever on your DVC contract? If so, then I would think you would be able to get your AP as long as you have the blue membership card with your name on it.

I'm not sure I understand about the (6 per household) comment. You can buy APs for your family living in your same household at your same address. You should be able to get APs for you and your husband, but are you also trying to get them for your sister (who no longer lives in the same house as you)?

If she doesn't live with you, then you are hoping wrong. Cheating the system like that only gives Disney a reason to take that "best of all possible perks" away from us DVC members.

I agree and we like the AP perk. I certainly wouldn't want to lose it!!
