Since all of you have given so much advice on WL resort for our upcoming X-mas trip, I wanted to share our magical disney trip this weekend.
We took a sudden trip to Disney this weekend...woohoo!
We arrived as the park opened and were greeted by a very nice cm who followed us from the entrance up to the castle, with a photographer taking pictures of us...I was like...hmmm?
Well, she made one of our dreams come true! We were Grand Marshals in the parade. I have to admit, I was so nervous when I saw all those people lined up. But I felt so honored and special that day to have the priviledge to share it with my 8 year old ds.
We were all given Mickey Ears with our names, photos and of course, a Grand Marshal Certificate.
We arrived at Disney on Saturday morning. There was only 5 minute wait times at Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, etc.
Once it hit about 1pm, the crowed was a little more, but managble....thank god for fastpass!
We stayed offsite this time because we couldn't find anything onsite at the last minute. But it didn't matter to us, because we were Grand Marshals for the Day!
