DS has been sick **mini-update on page 2**

Hope he's better soon:D Especially when we see that adorable little face.

**mini-update**

DS still has a fever 5 days after this all started. I have an appointment for him at 2 this afternoon. I really hope they can tell us what is going on and make him feel better very soon.

I will let everyone know what I find out this evening.

I've been thinking about you two today...please let us know how the appointment goes.

Here's hoping you get answers and help for your little guy...;)

They think DS might have roseola. Hopefully we have seen the worst and it will end in just a few days. The doctor wants to see us back on Thursday to check him out.

DH has already taken off 3 days from work so it looks like I will be taking uncompensated leave for at least tomorrow. DH is going to talk to my MIL and see if she can come stay with us for a few days while he is getting over this since he cannot go to daycare.

DH will have to drive 4 hours to pick her up after he works tomorrow but at least then I can minimize the time I have to take off from work.

Becka~ My oldest son had roseola when he was about 18 months old. He had very high temps and I remember having to give him tepid baths to bring the fever down. It was very scary for us as first time parents, also our ped couldn't tell what it was. When the fever went away, then DS developed a rash all over his body. That's when the ped confirmed that it was indeed roseola.

I hope that little Nathan feels better soon, so that you and your DH can stop worrying. {{hugs}}:D

I hope he starts feeling better soon. If it's roseola, he should be fine once the fever goes away and he gets the rash. Even though it's supposed to be impossible, I actually got roseola while working in daycare when I was 19. I was running a fever of 104 while I was taking Tylenol every 4 hours, and I don't think I've ever felt worse. But it broke as suddenly as it came on and I was fine.

Hope Nathan is feeling better. Roseola is pretty common in kids but when you don't know why the temps and the crankiness of a baby at that age it is scarey. he'll be better soon and this will behind mommy, daddy and poor Nathan (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) to Nathan

Poor little guy.. Hope he's feeling better real soon..

Take care of yourself too - I know how stressful it can be when your little one is sick..

Hugs to all of you..

I am so sorry he is still sick. My dd, Kimmi, had roseola when she was about 9 months old. We were visiting souther Indiana with firends, in August, and no one had air conditioning. She was so miserable, even after the rash came on. She was sweaty and her rash was painful since it was so hot. I hope little Nathan gets better soon. {{{{HUGS}}}} to him!

I remember when ds had roseola. It scared me to death but it went away pretty quickly :) {{{HUGS}}} sweetie. Hope our baby Nathan is feeling much better very soon.
