Staying at all stars and you get a free mug. Also getting free qs dining plan. Question, drinks are free with mug do they have bottled soda?

The refillable mug drinks are free of charge only for those beverages that are dispensed into the mug, including all drinks that are in the soft drink dispenser machines, iced tea at the beverage counter in a large pot, hot coffee at the beverage counter, cocoa powder mix (add hot water), hot tea from bags (add hot water), etc.

The Food Court has refrigerated bottled water, sodas, teas, milk, fruit drinks, alcoholic drinks, etc. for a per-container charge. The non-alcoholic bottled drinks can also be selected as your paid-for beverage when ordering a DDP meal, and they can be bought with a Snack Credit from your DDP. But that's not a great use of a Snack Credit.

Just a couple more questions about the refillable mug.
Can I use the mug at other resorts or only my resort?

If I am getting a CS meal, can I use my refillable mug for my drink with my meal and get a bottle water, bottle soda etc. as my drink with my counter service meal and take that with me for later?

You can use the mug at any refillable drink station at any resort.

If you are getting a counter service meal at the resort or pool you will have the option to refill you mug with your meal but a drink it also included with you meal, so yes you can get a bottled water (I have often done this). Obviously if your in the park you can't refill your mug but you'll get a drink with you meal.
