I know Palos is dressier than the other restaurants. Last time we went on formal night so it wasn't an issue. This time I'm thinking of going on Mexicali night. What kind of clothing do we have to wear? I would probably have on a sundress which I would think would be appropriate, but does hubby have to bring another suit or jacket, or can he just wear dress pants with a shirt and/or tie?
thanks

I am sure that all the men I saw had a jacket and tie.

Jackets are only requested and if he wears a shirt and tie with nice pants he'll be FINE. :)

Many men just wear a sports coat with a polo shirt and dress pants to dinner and they are appropriately dressed. Your sundress sound perfect.

Enjoy your cruise! :)

Can they refuse service? We're dressing in our tropical outfits
I have a green print tropical blouse and long white pants. You know the pics of Mickey in his tropical outfit?
DH would wear his tropical shirt and pants. Hey Im lucky to get him out of shorts!

imgoingtodisney,

I don't *think* that refuse you service, but I think you might feel VERY out of place in your tropical outfits at Palo. Course, if that won't bother you, then have at it.

Just didnt want to be changing 20times a day - oh well.
Maybe we'll try for Palos on Thurs night since we'll already be dressed.
See Disney Dreams, take DS to dinner then take ourselves to dinner. Ah - but then do we get the lobster at Palos?

We went to Palos on Tropical Night. I wore a tropical print dress- very subdued print- and DH wore khakis and a sportcoat, dress shirt, and tie. He changed into his tropical shirt after Palos.

I did not feel out of place but my dress had blues, tans, and white colors instead of bold reds, greens, etc.

I don't think they will refuse service. We saw a few people in shorts at Palos during brunch.

Maybe we should just go on formal night again so he doesn't have to bring another "dressy" outfit! I was looking at the menu, though, and Wed night was my least favorite in the regular restaurants, so it would be a good night to go to Palos. Decisions, Decisions.....!
