Yes they are, they are contineully working, rebooking cancelled cruises, booking new cruises and sorting out refunds etc

Does DU charge any fees?

No , you as a customer does not get charged anything extra. You pay the same amount for the cruise with Dreams Unlimited as you would if you book direct with Disney Cruise Line. I currently have a cruise booked with Dreams Unlimited. I can pay in installments through Dreams Unlimited online customer profile. My money goes direct to Disney Cruise Line. I have also received an onboard credit from Dreams Unlimited which is based on a % of my cruise price.

If you live in America they also send out a free gift basket filled with various items for your cruise a few weeks before departure.

I decided to give DU my business for the first time. I enjoy the content they put out and Pete was asking those who were looking to come back to WDW or DCL (ASAP) to please consider booking with Dreams. I figured now is the perfect time and after all the headaches I've had to endure with repeated phone calls and wasting hours on the phone with Delta, Marriott, Hertz, and Disney...I'm glad to have a travel agent now.

I also am in the process of transferring my cruise to Dreams. I'm not sure if I can though so I'm still waiting to hear back from them regarding that. I originally booked a placeholder cruise for May but that was cancelled and Disney gave me the 125% so I chose a new cruise in August (which at this point...who knows...) so it's really a new reservation so hopefully it can go to Dreams. I guess the OBC through dreams is only 1/2 now for some reason if I read the email correctly. If I can give Dreams some more support along with my business it'll all be worth it in the end! Plus I'll get a free gift basket in the process along with some extra OBC...it will be worth it.

And of course there's the strong possibility now that even my August cruise will likely be cancelled. At least now that I have a TA..... It will save me time from being on the phone and losing my mind....again.
