I just want everyone to know that DU agent Jason is the BEST guy I have met in a long time. He was my T/A for my trip in Dec and is again for my August trip. He and I have been emailing and we spoke on the phone today about a slight mixup which he handled better than anyone could imagine. (mix up was not his fault, not my fault, just a little communications error with WDW)
So Jason, I hope you continue being my T/A for all my trips to the World, and if anyone on this board doubts the DU is the best at doing Disney, well they need to prove it to me first.
