Does anyone know of which agent to use at DU? Any info would help. Also, when you call do you request a certain agent or just use whoever?

My dreams agent was good, but not excellent. I had read such great reviews here so maybe my expectations were too high. All in all I got good service and I will definitely use them again. But this time I would like to request an agent, so... I'm bumping this to see some more suggestions!! Thanks.

My agent was Cathy Miller and I will be using her again this year for our trip in May. She was outstanding and was so patient with me and all the PS changes.

Cathy McConnell is absolutely fantastic!!! Worked with her more than once and will continue to ask for her!

We worked with Michelle Hohmann on our trip in 2001. She was fantastic! I must have sent her 20 emails during the planning stage and she always replied within the hour, even on the weekends. Several times I received replies within minutes. As this was our first time staying onsite we had tons of questions and she answered them all very professionally and courteously.

She handled all our PS's flawlessly and even secured us a PS at the coveted Cinderella's Breakfast.

I have to jump in here and say that our agent, Tricia, is the best!! This is our second trip we've planned with her, and she's just great! We'll always use DU and ask for Tricia!

I used Beth Czada for my last booking to AKL and she was great - I also used her for my New Year's Eve trip which I had to cancel very last minute and she even managed to get my deposit back. I have requested her again although Cathy Miller has also been very helpful in making my booking

We do most of our own planning. I just send her an itinerary of what we plan on doing and she makes the PS and puts it on our schedule.
