Dreams at DTD

Does anyone know if "Dreams" are granted at Downtown Disney?

In the official rules, I'm pretty sure it says that one of the places the $500 shopping spree is awarded is the World of Disney in DTD.

YES!!

Downtown Disney has it's own dream squad. In order for there to be "no purchase neccessary to win", Disney staffs a Dream Squad at DTD, where there is no entry fee.

I had another poster PM me, telling me that it's possible to win a night at Cinderella Castle while in DTD.

You can indeed win a night at the Castle (or other prizes, including, but not limited to, a shopping spree at WoD or a makeover at the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boutique) while at DTD.

Like the other "big" dreams, it's all about being in a certain place at a certain time -- the Dream Squadder I spoke to told me that, for example, they have the park benches numbered, and the prize could be awarded to, say "the person sitting closest to the left-hand end of bench #14 at 4:21pm" or "the first person to pose for a photograph with the statue of Cinderella between 10:39am and 10:49am."

It's also worth noting that guests visiting resort properties, waterparks, and other on-property recreation venues (i..e minigolf, horseback riding, watercraft, etc) are also eligible.

My friends got Dream ears at Downtown disney in December. They went to Disneyquest so Im not sure if they was in there or leaving there when they got them.
