Dreaming of the Disney DREAM, Feb 17, 2013

We just made our final payment, too. It turned out that I couldn't pay online because I had booked thru Small World Vacations and had to use them to make my final payment. Now that it is done I have been able to book Palo and it just feels more real and more exciting! Of course, no one is as excited as my 3 year old daughter who doesn't seem to care about Christmas but just keeps asking how much longer til the Cruise! :)

Here's the 11 week dancing! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Has anyone ever booked the Wild Side Teen Adventure??? Does anyone plan on doing this on this cruise??? My daughter is 17 and we are thinking about booking this as a gift to her, but we are unsure if it is something worthwhile. Also, at the end when they bike back to the 20 acre snorkel lagoon, Is this the same lagoon that others can snorkel in??

Hi...my son did it this past February... he had a great time. We saw them a couple of times but he was enjoying himself too much to leave the group. It lasted longer than mentioned.

It is the same lagoon.

The group became friends and initiated a FB page to keep in touch. Some will be in the same cruise as us.

He just told me there were a couple of 17yr old who seemed to have enjoyed it. DS was 14 at the time...youngest there. He's 15 now...

My 17 god daughter did this a year ago and she did not like it, I watch as they just gave them about 15 minutes to snorkel. She said she felt rushed the whole time.

That may be the reason why now they enjoy the entire day. DS did the Wild Teen Adventure this Feb 2012...he's sitting next to me having breakfast right now...he didn't feel rushed at all. Again, he loved it and told me to make sure to book it again.

Barbara, If Shannon finds out about it before the cruise and if she has FB, ask her to join the "Disney Dream Vibe Teen Club". She will meet teens going on our cruise as well.

I'm going to ask my Niece who is 17 if she wants to do the Wild Side at CC. She might enjoy it, but I'm going to leave it up to her. It does sound like it's longer then back in 2011

We were hoping to spend the afternoon together as a family while on CC. We saw our DS in between activities after lunch and he quickly asked us if he could stay with the Teen Adventure...he was having "too much fun". It was really cute, a girl asked him "are those your parents" and he said yes. Then they yelled out loud "Hi Alex's mom and dad"...lol

We finally got some time with him at 3PM for our JetSki rental.

Ask your niece and god-daughter if they would like to join the Vibe page on FB...introduce themselves and they'll start making friends before they board.

I ask Ashley if she would like to do the wild side and she said and I quote "that sounds awesome" so I went ahead and booked it. :cool1:

I took a look at the Vibe page on FB and it's for another cruise. do all teens join or just the ones on that cruise.

My niece Ashley is a member on our FB page, so if other teens what to join our FB page I good with that.

Great idea...I'll pass it along to Alex (DS)...

I'll tell Dutch to go join the FB page!!

On another note - we got our hotel booked through priceline - $75/night at Comfort Inn & Suites Cocoa Beach - about a $75 savings :)! We'll be flying down on Friday so we can get an extra day in on Cocoa Beach!! :cool1:
