Dream Factory Tshirt designs

Does anyone have a Dream Factory thsirt design? I am interested in doing some tshirts for a family going to Disney through this organization. But I could not find an image or any designs for this. Can any of you wonderful designers come up with something for them?

Can I ask one more HUGE favor? Is there any way to not have the outline on it? That way, I can add a year as needed and maybe the family name if they want it...
