I hope everyone had a great trip home or to where ever you were headed today! We made it to Wilderness Lodge and are just chilling in our room for a while. Thanks to everyone for all of the awesome gifts! It was so fun coming back to so many cool little surprises! and it was cool to meet most of you! So, who booked a future cruise?

I want to thank my special friends from the 8th floor for their gifts.
Having the gifts awaiting for us as we returned from an excursion, really made the kids day a little bit special-er ( just created a word). I'm pretty sure i walked past you guys half a dozen times, (black guy, glasses, Phillies clothing), i wanted to knock on your doors to personally say thanks and to say hi. The wife told me that would be rude, cause i'd still be a stranger knocking on the door. So i listened to the wife.

Give me a few days, and i'll post my trip report. Had some ups and downs... but mainly ups.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone for all of the gifts.
Late one night, one of my sons got into bed and said "the best thing about this trip is the FE gifts." WOW! I was so impressed with everyone's creativity AND generosity. A million thank yous from the Brandows. It was so great to meet so many of you also - fun to see familiar faces around the ship - and even at the blackjack table ;-)

Okay, hope you all don't mind me asking, but the crafter in me has to know... (yes, probably like you all, I'm making things for teams, school, favors, etc all the time!)
the pens printed on the outside with the ship info/date... how on earth did you make those - did you order them?
same with the little keyrings that said "I <3 disney dream" - do you have a way of printing those or a good source for goodies like that? magnets too?
the luggage tags... do you have a good source for ordering those? did you use gorilla glue or something else to attach the mickey heads? so impressed!
if you'd rather not share, i understand... but can't help but ask!

Thank you all so much for the awesome gifts! It was so much fun to get all the surprises. My son and I had fun delivering as well. Everyone was so generous and creative - great group! Best wishes to everyone as we get back to reality

I'm happy to share my sources! I got the pens and key rings from Vistaprint. I also used them to print my door magnets. I'm crafty, but limited on time, so that worked for me.

And the pens had a typo but hopefully that didn't bother anyone too much! I debated even giving them out but I figured it was close enough!

Thank you to everyone for their FE gifts! It was fun watching my kids race down the hall to see what was waiting for them! They (including my husband and I) had a lot of fun with this! I hope everyone had a safe trip home!

Hi all! I am just turning on my computer again after getting home on Saturday. Too much laundry and grocery shopping to do yesterday.

I just found blank luggage tags at a small mom/pop shop near us and found the MM buttons at JoAnn Fabrics. The adhesive on the buttons was pretty strong so I only had to reinforce a few with glue.

We filled a whole suitcase with FE gifts. It made the trip truly special. Thanks to everyone.

OMG, you almost gave me a heart attack! I read the part about your teen boys and I immediately panicked! I was like, I didn't make any gifts for teen boys! ... And then I searched the thread for your posts and remembered you are sailing and meeting with us but not doing FE. WHEW! Although, if you give me your cabin #, I may still have some extra stuff ...

Jessica - what a kind offer; thank you! I'm sorry I never got back on the DIS after that last post before I left home; we were on -pre-cruise vacation in Florida for the rest of the week!

We leave FL tomorrow on the AutoTrain headed North. What a magical vacation this was! The FE was certainly a highlight of our trip. Between the cruise and the week here at Disney after, I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic vacation.

We did the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom today. If you ever get a chance to do it, go for it (if you aren't afraid of heights). It was amazing!!

And, who made the Mickey necklaces for the FE? Sorry I lost track, but AJ was so excited about everything that we didn't get a lot of time to read tags as we opened things I was wondering where you got the Mickey charms from. They are adorable! I'm hanging my Mickey necklace from my rear view mirror. He looks so cute dangling there and he will give me a smile every time I get into my car now! Thanks so much!
