The rings are beautiful and so sparkly! Lol, sometimes I still stare at my hand, so don't worry, you get a free pass to stare as much as you want, especially since you just got them.

Your almost to that one year mark only two more months!!! I can't wait for Feb so I can get my date and things confirmed, and having to wait until June to book and sign everything is going to be soo hard!!! How are you holding up? lol I'm very impatient!!

Thanks girls for the compliments on my rings, and dress too! I love them! I haven't started wearing the ring yet, because Chris hasn't "officially" given them to me yet. I am hoping for Christmas!

I am holding up pretty well Amanda, I was just so happy we didnt have to go into a lottery! I cant wait to sign the contract soon though, then I think it will all feel much more real! Hopefully February will come quick for both of us! February is my favorite month- because it contains my birthday, anniversary, and soon to be our wedding!

This weekend after I finish my Pediatrics rotation I am going to New York City to visit my sister, then next week I am going to Disney with my parents for 5 days for our holiday trip! I am so excited to have a nice break before I start my trauma surgery rotation next.

Good!! I'm hoping since My date falls on a monday that I won't have to worry too much with trying to get what we want and going into a lottery, that would not be in my plans!! ahh! When you emailed your consultant did you just email her a few days before the 16 month mark to remind them to get you in or what?

Hi! Yes I did get my ring for Christmas!! I love wearing it everyday now, and am sad that my next rotation is surgery because I wont get to wear it for a while! Thanks for asking, my Dad and I had a great trip in Disney for Christmas!! We stayed at the BoardWalk Resort, which was awesome! And we did alot while we were there! We did the Yueltide Fantasy Christmas Tour, visited the new Harry Potter attraction, went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party, we went to Epcot and the Candlelight Processional, and Hollywood Stuidos and the Lights Spectacle. It was so much fun, and magical to be in Disney for the holiday season! I will share a few photos below. Hope everyone else had a great holiday too!

Hey everyone! Im sorry I havent been around in a while, its been kind of a tough month. My grandfather passed away after a long battle with cancer, so I am missing him a lot and very sad he won't be able to come to our wedding. I haven't done a whole lot of wedding planning recently, except my Mom and I went to a local bridal show last weekend to start looking for ideas for bridal shower venues. So that was fun. We will be signing our contract in just a couple weeks- so exciting! In other news, our Engagement Photos were nominated for the Disney Wedding Awards on Carly's blog! Would love it if everyone voted for us to win!
