As the two PP said, yes you can. You get 1 table service credit per person for each night you stay. If you want to eat at a restaurant that costs 2 credits you can do that but you'll have to pay out of pocket for one of your meals. We are doing just that in October - having dinner at Narcoossee's, which costs 2 credits, and paying out of pocket for a meal at The Plaza in Magic Kingdom, which is a table service restaurant but in our opinion is better quality and just a bit more expensive than the counter service restaurants.
