Downtown Disney Ticket Center For PAP

We will be going to Saratoga Springs in a few weeks. I have read of a ticket center(booth) in Downtown Disney were we can buy or discounted PAP.(I know we must bring ID and or DVC Member CARD). I am just wondering where the ticket center is located. (east side or west side)???? The last time we were there (last March) I do not remember seeing a ticket center. (I may just be blind). Any help where to find the center would be helpful.

Use the entrance to the West Side nearest Planet Hollywood. From the parking lot, Planet Hollywood will be on your right and the AMC theater will be on your left. Walk all the way to the backside, heading towards the lake, and the ticket booth will be straight ahead of you.

Premium Annual Pass

I purchased an Annual Pass in March at Guest Relations. All I needed was my DVC Card, Picture ID, & Visa! Guest Relations is located near Wolfgang Pucks Express (I think). It was easy to find after looking at the map.

Guest Relations has just recently moved over near Team Mickey. You can purchase your Annual Passes there.

Guest relations are near Earl of Sandwich area of DD where it has been for years, Gormet Pantry was where Earl of Sandwich is now.

It seems like there are 2 at DTD - on at West Side and one at Marketplace.

There are two, one near WGP in the west end, just outside of the west end of PI and the second is over in the marketplace, beside the washrooms. Both have been around since at least 2000. No new moves or relocations for either one.

Not correct. The Guest Relations office in the Marketplace has recently permanently relocated to a location between the Team Mickey shop and the Ghirardelli shop. The old location in the back of the Summer Sands building by the restrooms is no longer there.

Yes, they have moved, thankfully to a larger location. The old Guest Services there was so cramped, the line often trailed along outside...
