Is there a Downtown Disney Hotel that has better transportation or location? Would you stay in one of these or the All-stars?
Thanks

the all stars or pop century (I love this place) - better transportation, you get the ME from the airport to your WDW resort, you also get the one hour before and 3 hours after - extra magic hour.

the Hilton is DD gets the extra magic hours.

All DD hotels share a bus. Each park gets a different bus. but they are still sharing the same bus at all the DD resorts.

well i have stayed at the hilton and the double tree guest suites at DTD and like both tons of room at dtgs
hilton has extra magic hours
the buses stink there we used our car
it was the only negative thing about dtd hotels

I stayed at the Courtyard now it's the Holiday Inn....and it was cool to walk to DTD; but I do prefer to stay on site at WDW, to get the extra magic perks and the true feel of WDW you can't beat that! ::MickeyMo

I haven't stayed at a Disney resort yet but have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Disney. I got an awesome price in 2004 via priceline (approx $25/night I think) and I was pleased. I rented a Ford Explorer so we drove everywhere but again I got a good rate via priceline for it. The pools were great and they have hottubs too. The rooms were average but we hardly spent time in them anyway. I would go back again if the price were right.

Has anyone stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel at DTD recently. What was it like ?
