Downtown Disney and BBB Access

I have a reservation for DtD BBB location and was wondering if we could be dropped off at the front of World of Disney where the BBB is located. I can see it is next to the parking lot on the map. I know they are doing a lot of construction there right now and that area might be closed to traffic. I am hoping we will not have to dropped off a mile away. I need to save my feet for HS after! Has anyone been there recently and can tell me if that lot is open or not?

That lot is closed off. Can not even get in that entrance now.

i don't know when or what day your appt. is on but the last December on the weekend I was able to park in the Disney office parking lot across the street from World of Disney - you just cross at the light - there were Disney security offices at the light to watch over things there. Someone also mentioned parking at the Hilton (the first hotel from Downtown Disney) and walking from there.

Ours is at 9:40 in the Morning on a Sunday in May. So I bet we can park across the street. Anything to cut down on the walking. Thank you for the info!
