We're hoping to have some friends who live in Orlando join us for a meal when we're at BWV in December. ADR's are quickly running out but the "locals" are having a hard time committing to a meal 4 months in advance! ;) If I make an ADR for 5 and they don't show, changing our party to 2, will DH and I be turned away? I know that can happen if you're upsizing but what about downsizing?

In light of all the discussion about doublebooking ADR's, I have a very real "what-if"? We'll have a party of 11 in June '08. What if we all want to eat dinner simultaenously in different spots? i.e., g'mas and g'pa's at Artist Point, princesses at a buffet, cowboys at WCC. I'm responsible for all planning so I'll be making the call and when I make the ADR, would I just ask them to put them under different names? And wouldn't that be a loophole to allow doublebooking? What a Catch-22!!!!
