Downloadable program to keep track of ressies

I got something off here before but can not find it.

I went to allearsnet.com and went to the AR calculator and put in my choices and printed it out. It has a space for conf. #s and just use that.

I just put them all on a spreadsheet. One column for each day, one row for each meal, rows for TS or CS and how many credits and totals at the bottom.

I put mine on those little rolidex cards. On the front I have the date, name of the park, park hours, dinner location and reservation #. I can also list a special event and time, like main street parade at 3pm.

On the back I list my top choice for lunch in each section of the park, That way no matter where we happen to be when we get hungry, I have an idea of the "best" place to eat.

I cover the card in clear tape to water proof it. Each day all we have to carry is that day's card and the other cards stay "fresh".
